Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LearnSE website, learning management system, course videos, quizzes, question banks, study guides, and certificates of completion (collectively, the “Services”), operated by LearnSE (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing an access pass, or otherwise accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Your LearnSE Account & Security

To access many features of our platform, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you certify that:

  • All information provided during registration (including your legal first and last name) is accurate, truthful, and complete.
  • Your verified name will appear permanently on any official Certificate of Completion issued and cannot be transferred to another individual.
  • You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and will not sell, transfer, share, or allow any other individual to access your account.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your LearnSE account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at support@learnse.com.

3. Membership Plans & Payment Terms

LearnSE offers flexible platform membership options, including an auto-renewing Monthly Membership and flat-rate passes (6-Month Pass and Annual Pass):

  • Monthly Membership: Billed at $59/month on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly within your account settings with a single click. Access continues through the end of your paid billing period.
  • 6-Month & Annual Passes: One-time flat rate payments for 180 days or 365 days of continuous access. These passes do NOT auto-renew.
  • Payments & Security: All fees are collected securely via Stripe. We do not store or process your raw credit card numbers on LearnSE servers.
  • Taxes: All stated prices are exclusive of applicable state and local sales taxes, unless required by law.

4. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your learning experience. If you are not satisfied with your platform membership or course pass, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase date subject to our fair-use and consumption policy:

  1. 14-Day Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial transaction date.
  2. Usage & Consumption Threshold: To prevent curriculum and question bank abuse, refunds are eligible only if you have viewed less than twenty percent (20%) of course video lessons and attempted fewer than twenty (20) practice questions.
  3. No Certificate Issuance: No Certificate of Completion has been generated or issued for any course on your account. Once a verifiable certificate has been awarded, the purchase is permanently non-refundable.
  4. No Resource Downloads: You have not downloaded course lecture slide decks, cheat sheets, or reference materials for offline retention.
  5. Compliance with Terms: You have not engaged in unauthorized recording, screen capturing, content scraping, account sharing, or distribution of LearnSE proprietary materials.
  6. How to Request: Written refund requests must be sent directly to support@learnse.com with your account email and transaction/invoice number. Approved refunds are processed promptly to your original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Uses

All video lectures, audio transcripts, slides, quizzes, diagrams, code, and curriculum content are the exclusive intellectual property of LearnSE and its licensors, protected by United States and international copyright laws.

You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials during your active pass period solely for your own individual education. You may not:

  • Screen-capture, rip, record, distribute, or publicly display any video or audio content.
  • Resell, share, or syndicate course materials or question bank items.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to harvest questions, transcripts, or user data.

6. Certificates of Completion

Official Certificates of Completion are awarded solely upon fulfilling graduation criteria: watching at least 90% of all lesson videos and achieving an overall quiz average of 80% or greater. LearnSE reserves the right to revoke any certificate obtained through cheating, account sharing, or automated bypass scripts.

7. INCOSE™ Certification Exam Preparation Disclaimer

While LearnSE course materials, lectures, and practice questions are designed to prepare students for the INCOSE™ Knowledge Exam (ASEP™ / CSEP™), LearnSE does not warrant or guarantee that completion of any course, lesson, or practice material will result in a passing score on the official INCOSE™ certification exam.

Passing the official INCOSE™ Knowledge Exam is dependent on individual study, independent comprehension, exam-day performance, and criteria established solely by INCOSE™. INCOSE™, ASEP™, and CSEP™ are registered trademarks of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE™). LearnSE is an independent educational platform and is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with INCOSE™.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are delivered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LearnSE disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall LearnSE or its instructors be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages. In all circumstances, LearnSE's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific course pass in dispute.
